Finished up the '74 850 Commando project today....

That is a sweet bike from back in the day...
Very clean, Good job.

Looks kinda like my '78 750 Bonni.

Dave....would love to race it!

However... I think the owner would probably kill us. He got a brand new Commando like this one when he got out of the Navy in '74. Of course Kyle put some of his own styling cues in here and there, but still doing justice to the original.

Mark,

I've got a bike I've been thinking of getting road worthy.  Maybe you guys can help out.

I've got 2 questions though:

1. Can you assure me it'll look as nice as that Norton you posted when you're done?

2. Between you and Kyle, which one is the 'brains' of the operation?  This may sway me in my decision.

Here's what I've got........

my first street bike was a 70 commando loved that kill button you could row through the gears with it.  put a 2 into one jc whitney pipe on it. kids.   wish i had it back

It looks like art to me.  Do we have an opening bid for this incredible piece?  Perhaps, we should start the bidding at $150.
