I heard them make a brief announcement the morning after the incident about being air-lifted out and in the hospital. Any update? I only saw him laying still on the ground. Hoping he's recovering.

I was just thinking about the same thing. The corner worker in the bend said that they could not revive him at the track, and that they had to induce a coma.I've not heard anything since, hope he's ok.I guess he was way off pace and got pushed wide and ended up on the outside rumble strips at the end of the carousel, then hit the grass and that was it.
What a hard way to go down, I totally forgot about that guy after my incident. I hope he is more or less alright, it was scary riding by there and seeing him laying on the ground not moving. For some reason everyone thought it was me at first. Anyone know the guys race number or name by any chance?

I talked with some of his pit members. The stated that he had a head injury and they were keeping him sedated. I am getting old and have forgot the fellas name, sorry
Not sure on the number. My parents and girlfriend were just getting there when it happened, they saw me go past the bridge, then looked back at the carousel, and saw him on the ground. I'll look through the pictures my dad took to see if I can find anything.

I believe that was Am #888 - Brice Dzubinski.
I spoke with his nurse earlier today. They still have him in an induced coma. He is in ICU at Theda Clark in Neenah. When things start going better for him I will be stopping up to see him so I will keep you all updated. Please keep him in your prayers.
Thanks,
Amy Fehrman
