Post by: Peter.BoyWonder on May 27, 2008, 03:28:02 PM
I know there were at least two, maybe more. Does anybody know if they post their pics online and if so what is the URL? Thanks
-Peter

Eurotech was there too but I dont have thier url off the top of my head.

Give them a few days to post them up on the net, or you could just send them an email.

The older guy said he didn't even take pics on Monday and told me it would take up to 4 weeks to get pics.  I heard the announcements complaining about his competition being there.  ...... .. ..

By older guy do you mean Bob from Echotech? Who was making what announcements? There were a lot of people with cameras there, but only a few actually sell them anymore. I know one was shooting for Road Racing World. One was the CCS Photographer. I only shoot for teams I have agreements with this season as well as CCS. Pete, Wendy, & SKS do a fantastic job and sell a variety of shots online.

The gentlemen from double vision was up from North carolina I believe. He was asking racers to sign up with him and then he was doing the best he could to take the pics of them, but he was overwhelmed.

Yes they made an announcement for him about being wary of the competition and how long he had been there ect. I think the words were "If your approached by someone sketchy" or to that effect.   So I figured I would buy from him.  I went over and he said he didn't shoot pics Monday.  So my point is he shouldn't complain about competition.

Sorry I wasn't in a position to catch the actual crash, but got what I think is you getting up and being attended to by paramedics.

As always.. I guess I'm a little slow sometimes getting my imges posted.  I've made a few changes to my site this year, and now have much larger galleries, so I'm pretty much posting everything I shot.

All of Sundays' pics are up - Monday should start going up tonight.  As some of you know that spoke to me over the weekend, my day job has been kicking my butt and that's made it an even slower turn around on getting the images up.

Please feel free to check 'em out..

I just got some great shots from Kathy at SkinandLeather.com. They're from a different angle than I'm used to seeing, pretty neat.

How is the resolution from skin and leather? Good for a 8x10?

Ant, for 2008 Summit Memorial Day weekend, 8 x 10s should be fine. Most all the shots that weekend were in hi res  on 10.1mp camera -  For the ones I cropped most all were 8 x 10 quality or larger.

If you want to be sure about a specific photo or photos, just use "contact us" on the site or send me a private message here and I'll let you know before you go thru checkout.
