Was good to see all the familiar faces. Didn't get around to say hi to as many as we would have liked (many disappeared Sunday :err: ) but it's a long season.
Haven't tested all the links but I think the pages should be error free, if you find something let me know. :thumb:
Nice job again fellas, email sent.
nice photos as usual but.. no pics of my championship ending crash on Sunday on T5 1st lap of lw gp exp? EmJay was behind and schaeffer behind him. EmJay thought the wind took me, Scott thought I ended up under the bike and held on too long. Stiles & Megan mentionned a wet patch near the apex. Front pushed out w/o warning....
broken radius at the wrist (classic Colles fracture apparently). I know my front Pirelli (DOT) was 24 psig next morning in a cold garage, and at least 1yr old, front axel/rim may be radially or axially bent. SV has bent (forward clipon) and left faring stay - minimal considering speed...
As always, incredible shots!

Yep - didn't think for a sec that chasing Key & Kimball could lead to drowning in a swamp.... My SV is dirtier than my KDX 200 enduro...

Holy crap I didn't know that! Sorry to hear...get well
Stephan, sorry to hear that. You'd think the swamp would have worked like air-fence and softened the blow.
I do think that the swamp fence helped. Schaeffer speculated that I broke my wrist trying to save the bike on the tarmac. So far there are multiple factors that contributed to the crash initiated by the front sliding out:
1. low front tire P - 24 psig as measure next morning in a cold garage
2. old tire 47th week of 05 manufacture
3. possible wet spot at apex of T5
4. slightly bent front rim -axial runout and radial bump
I don't believe that I was riding particularly fast (according to EmJay and Schaeffer) but I wasn't meticulous enough about tire and rim condition prep. and the tire was probably not up to temp. I suspect that a combination of these factors caused the swamp cannonball run...
