I sent an email but haven't heard back. Since I've been bumped up I'm gonna have to find out what the experts do.
He sold his business, and I think that he no longer works for Showa.
But if you contacted him through the TSE website, I'd think you'd have gotten a response from the new guy.
You'd think so, but you'd be wrong.
New guys name is Randy. I've been playing phone tag with him about some Ohlins shock parts. He mentioned to me that he is involved with the Redbull Rookie Cup AMA thing. I don't think he really checks that site. I have his cell number. I could PM it to you. I don't know it that's his business phone or not. I know he says he has a shop in Wawatosa.

PM me your e-mail. I'll send you a copy of his e-mail addy.
I think this would be a good time to recommend Lithium for your suspension work.
They're not going anywhere.
Lithium offers:
-trackside support at nearly all midwest AND great plains races
-Ohlins, Penske, Traxxion, Elka, GP, and others
-most springs and oil for your shock and forks are IN-STOCK
-and they'll call you back......

Hey guys, Randy worked with me a few rounds last year when I Crew Chiefed for Chad Rollands while he was Johnny Rock Pages teammate. I can state that he is a good stand up guy.
IF MD knows him and thinks he is all right, that should be good enough.
they never called me back when I was looking for Ohlin's parts. Sorry, but it's the truth.
No need to apologize for sharing your experience, it's not about "standupedness".
He probably just hasn't integrated his existing business with Ed's yet. I called (or e-mailed, I can't remember) a couple times without a response so you gotta do what you gotta do.
Randy has my stuff. Timing to get the work done seems to be the issue. From both of us.
Lithium never got back to me. I, however, do not hold a grudge against them. Not trying to bad mouth them either. Just relaying my experience. I am sure it is not their way of doing business.
I can't get through to him on the email address I've used before. Now I get the old "mailer demon" thing. I need my shock parts!!
Rocco,
PM'd you his cell #.

PMed you the phone # I have.
Randy from trackside has done work for me and I have been more than pleased with him. He always has returned my calls promptly, if anyone is having trouble reaching him...drop me a PM and I will see what I can do for you.
Just met up with him Saturday evening at his shop. Got the work done very quickly. Seems to be very busy. Couldn't find the bill for my stuff so he said we'll square up at the track. Pretty stand up on his part.
