We will once again be providing VP fuel sales and contingency support for VP in the Midwest and Great Plains regions. We have streamlined our operation to provide better service, quicker payouts, and gauranteed product availability. We have added a VP racing fuels catalog to our website at www.Lithiummotorsports.com (http://www.lithiummotorsports.com) with current 2008 pricing. We will be doing ALL fuel sales through our website this year and shipping our fuel directly in to each track individually. Due to laws that make it cost prohibitive to travel with a significant amount of fuel this will alleviate those issues and also ensure that you will have the fuel you want when you get to the track, no matter when you arrive. All fuel orders need to be placed at least 10 days in advance of any event that you require fuel for. We will take each events fuel receipts and send them to VP directly from our site so that VP will have our sales forms before they receive results. Usually VP sends us results and we check off who purchased fuel from us. For 2007 payouts this just happened in November. Hopefully this new process will encourage a quicker payout.
As in the past, if you plan to apply for VP contingency, you will have to purchase your fuel from us. We will confirm your fuel purchases with VP and you will be eligible for a payout. If you purchase your fuel elsewhere you will not be eligible for contingency. This is for Midwest and GP regions only.
