Title: Stupid question....
Post by: Andi on March 17, 2008, 06:57:42 AM
This has been driving me nuts and I finally decided to ask. If someone were to win a race on Michelin Pilot Powers would it still pay contingency? I know the chances of it happening probably arent the best in the world but it had my mind ticking away the other day.

Lonny Michaels won a wet GTO Expert race a few years ago on Pilot Powers.

Just needs to be a Michelin.  Can be a 90X if you like.

Won 7 or 8 races over the past 2 years on Pilot Powers. Still got paid.

Well maybe the stupid part was I should have asked sooner. Good to hear people have one on PP's. Makes me feel much better about using them on the street. Don't know if I'll give them a whirl racing but did ride a friends bike at trackday shod with the PP's and have to say I felt pretty comfy on them. Thanks for all the help.
