I'm looking at running Michelins for this season. Can anyone give me any info on their contingency program. And does anyone have contact info for Tommy Mason? Does his company have a website?
Thanks,
Schmitty

Michelin online registration https://www.xbux.com/michelin/index2.htm
Michelin has one of if not THE BEST contingency program. $300 for an expert win this year in regional races..pays back to 5th, etc.
Usually, Dave updates the info HERE (http://www.bibmen.com/contingency2004.html), but not as of yet.
I thought I saw some contingency links someplace.
Make sure when you call tommy its at 330am. He's usually up and loves to talk...right Kurt :lmao:

If Tommy knew a web guy, they could take the FUSA thing off his site....
Do we have to do the xbux thing every year ? If so do they send out new $ cards?
And can we register now?
thanks
I am looking over the paperwork we received from them today and it is a yearly registration.

FWIW, get your xbux app in asap, as it takes forever and a day to get your card!

oh yeah, also, when you sign up, Michelin pays for the PRO level of xbux. don't get confused when you see stuff on the website that alludes to you having to pay an annual fee. MICHELIN PAYS THIS ANNUAL FEE!!! Do not, I repeat, do NOT downgrade your account from the PRO level. (don't ask me how i know....)

Thanks for all the responses and info! Is Tom Mason at all of the CCS MW events? I ran Bridgestones last year and had NO trackside support. I had to get my help from Derek at Stickboy Racing. (Thanks a lot Derek!!) I'm just looking for more trackside help this year.
Thanks,
Schmitty
Tom has been representing Michelin track side at Midwest and most Great Plains CCS events, some AMA events, and CRA events for over a decade. He'll be around again in 2008, no problem.
Tom Mason is a good guy :thumb:
