Whats next? Suing a competitor that you collide with?
It really does suck that something like that has to get pushed into a court room but I remember posting a long time ago that sooner or later someone would get all boogered up and sue. It's still not the best way it could have been handled, but I bet that wall wont be there this year. And that's a good thing.
Lawsuits are nothing new. They have happened before. Pit bike accidents have required transports, and that has pushed up insurance rates and, as a result, entry fees.
I've crashed there, and I was not near the wall when I stopped. That was also in the rain a long time ago when the wall was closer.
That happened in 03' and was still there for me to find in 06'. Now that they lost money it might accually get fixed though. I'm sure that a lot of people have been screwed up by those walls but they never did anything about them. They will now I'm sure
