I got a DEAL for ECU and Stg 1!!.....Real nice program, car is as smooth as before, goes like hell and is returning about 3mpg extra! How does that work? :err:
Oh and thank Audi for placing the rear bolt for the ECU case in a spot where my sausage fingers can't get to! Took me an hour to get the bolt off, I had to invent a tool! :ahhh:

I bought it off EBAY from someone who traded in their A6 over a year ago. They had bought a separate ecu and had it chipped by REVO Technik (http://www.revotechnik.com/index.aspx). My guess is they had the car under warranty hence the separate ecu. The ecu code matched my code exactly, and I got it for $175!!!!!!!! I think he had been trying to get rid of it for awhile. Probably not to easy to find someone who wants to chip an 00' A6 2.7T, and have the right box to match. I just drove around for an hour and its is better then stock smooth and just flies! They claim 315hp 360ft/lbs, I have no doubts about sub 6sec 0-60s! 8)

Thats extremely cheap! Especially for an extra ecu.
