We have worked out a much better rate at the Floridian Hotel in Homestead. The rate is $65. and all you need to do to get this rate, is to ask for the CCS discount. This hotel has just been renovated and is very clean. Hot breakfast is included.

Damn, and I thought they did that just for me!
First we agreed on $59. then they came back with $65. take it or leave it! After the Travelodge raised theirs above $95. I took it! Now after they started taking reservations somebody there got it at the original agreed price of $59. I called and they agreed they made a mistake but would keep it at $59. So now we have an even better deal!

Out of curiosity, Henry, how did you find the facilities last month? Not very good reviews, but then again, they don't say much good about the Fairway, where we (Penguin) usually stay.
