Jesse Janisch is making at least a one weekend return to road racing at Daytona.
he has been riding a Bill Werner tuned 650 kawasaki twin in the Basic Expert class in AMA flat track. Through that connection he was invited to ride on the Pair-A-Nines group in the Moto-ST 8 hour this weekend.
Kawasaki has three teams running in the event. One is Jay Springsteen, Jimmy Filice and I believe his son Justin. Jesse will team with another rider and a magazine writer. Scott Russell is on the other team with another rider and another magazine writer.
Good to see him back on the pavement. Maybe this will lead to better things. He is a great endurance rider that can run very consistent lap times.
