Welllll..... maybe not all the time.......

Actually, alot of tracks are given a couple of days where they are allowed to make all the noise they want.

Laguna Seca has a noise limit except when the MotoGP showed up. They were allowed to be loud and they were!

Yes, there are a number of tracks where noise restictions are in place. ASRA has its own limitations....

My point was how strongly the policy was worded and then completely undone by the last statement! :banghead:
