I feel for him deeply and Wish for a full recovery.
Occasionally, Morgan falls down. And things are fine. This blows, obviously. Also for Justin Marm.

Justin is also in an induced coma. We'll know more about the prognosis when they try to take him out of it
Justins isn't induced. Either way though it's still a waiting game.

Justin is on the ventilator but not fully aware. His eyes are open in between sleep. No other injuries.
Time will tell - it is amazing how little the docs can tell you. It is up to Justin now to reopen the pathways.
Joe
Thanks for the update, hang in there Joe... We're all praying for Justin and your entire family.
Good luck fellas.
Jeff please IM me I would like to set up a plan to support your fund with a percentage of revenue made on this forum.
I've had three good people sheer there hard earned money with me and I think I can sheer some also!
Prayers said. Hope both of them are ok and get better soon.
They are getting better - Justin has been flown back home to a rehab facility. Morgan is still working his way off the sedatives so he's still way out of it but it's definitely getting better. Still a long way to go for both of them.

WooooooooHooooooooooo!
Just read that myself. Great News!!!
From Lee Broadhead this morning:
Hi Everyone!
Morgan is greatly improving today. We hope that he will be able to sit up in a chair before the day is over. I am SO joyous. However, I need your help rather desperately. It is looking like the insurance will not help to pay for Morgan's transport to Utah, they consider it a move of "convenience." The fact that if we don't get him moved prior to rehab the insurance will not pay for his in-hospital rehab when we can move him just works one step more in their favor.
I have never asked for anything in my life before but we need to raise 14K as quickly as possible to get Morgan moved. If you can help in ANY way I can't tell you what it would mean to us. I have to make a living and I have to have Morgan where I can care for him. I'm trying to get my house re-financed but Morgan is on the title and I can't get it changed fast enough.
If you can help, pleae send donations to the Red Flag fund as they will pay the air ambulance directly. Thank you so much for letting me make this appeal.
Bless you all.
Lee Broadhead (proud to be Morgan's mom)

HOUR 1 UPDATE: $1350 IN HOUR 1!!
HOUR 2 UPDATE: $1891.11 IN HOUR 2!!!
That brings our total to: $3241.11
Still a bit over $10k left. Thank you all for your donations.
So when we started this out this morning, we were $14k shy of being able to get Morgan home.
As of my posting this, we have raised $11,175.71 out of $14k (and we have $1000 pending and MANY call-backs which I have to make tomorrow as I left messages for people this evening).
It's a proud day to be in my shoes and be a part of all this. I will tell you, my phone was HOT today. It literally did not stop ringing between Noon and 8:00pm. When I got home my daughter was wondering what the heck was going on because "like a million people" were calling for the fund.
It's an honor for Jen and I to be a part of this and to actually make a difference in people's lives.
Lee, with any luck, some of the charitable organizations that offer flights can help you and this money can continue towards Morgan's rehabilitation, but if not, you'll get your boy home and be able to help him rehab.
If you're still interested in donating, this Thurs & Fri, please call the home number first as my daughter will be home, taking calls during the day.
262-246-8589 = Home

Thank you all once again.

One word..... WOW! :thumb:
You know, when the Red Flag Fund was started, we knew it was important work. Jeff and Jen, I am proud to have both of you as friends, and I'm proud that we can help riders in need.
The outpouring of support for both Morgan and Justin show what this little, but mighty community is all about. All of you who have helped, even if it was just to buy a tee shirt or patch, you rock the casbah!
Just so everyone knows, we have met our goal of being able to bring Morgan home. Thank you all so much.
That said, we are still taking donations for Morgan as well as Justin Marm and any number of other riders. These folks all need your donations. Morgan's expenses will well exceed what it costs to get him home, so please keep the $ rolling.
Thank you all once again.
-Jeff & Jen Kufalk, and the board of the Red Flag Fund.
Jeff Thank You and Jen for all Your work :kissy:
I am very happy to hear that things are looking up. I continue to hope for a full and speedy recovery.
I hate it when things go horribly wrong when we are trying to have a good time.
To all at the Red Flag Fund......... you now know how truly gratifying this kind of work can be. There are days like this that put your heart right up in your throat with pride of this racing community.
I'll be calling you next week.
Great job !!!
