According to the Blackhawk Farms website ( http://www.blackhawkfarms.com/index.html (http://www.blackhawkfarms.com/index.html) ) the track has been sold to business owner Paul Musschoot who races cars, transfer of ownership happened August 31,2007.

Sure hope this guy believes in more run-off area and not concrete walls and Armco!

Armco is a function of the SCCA requirements. I think things will be fine.
