No, as they are full on modded tires. However, you can run them in GP.

Rule 6.1.2 A.
Original equipment wheels...
(2) 16" wheels maybe replaced with 17" wheels of the same width...

Clearly they are the same Width, its just the larger Dia. that makes them appear slightly bigger.

In an effort to read between the lines of the rules...
I see nothing about adding wheels.
Making this bike legal!


If it had a belly pan.
