Bridgestone slicks, medium compound.
Got 1 GTO on them, still excellent.
Left them on my bike, which I left in an enclosed trailer since the last MCRA trackday, prolly five weeks.
They were pretty much new when I last saw them, are they ruined now from the heat, or are they still as when I left them.
Thanks
I talked to Tommy Mason about this last year and he said that even in a trailer they do not get hot enuf to hurt them. He said the come over in large containers, taking weeks at a time, so don't worry about it...
I don't know about Stones, but I would guess probably the same...
don't sweat it... UV will damage them far more than a few weeks of trailer heat.
Thanks guys!!!! :thumb:
tombstones never go bad they're never that great to start with lol I've got terrible habbits with the tire warmers and leaving them in the trailer and i'm in fla with no apparent effects .of course you could be our test rider and let us know on a new thread (especilly since bstones don't have one) does anybody know if they have any new compounds? these feel like the same ones I rode on 5 yrs ago.
Your tires will be fine.
Ducmarc, we have a lot of really good tires now, and my guys in the SE are winning a lot of races. You should try the Bridgestone's again sometime and see what we have going on.
i'm just complaining i won 3 races this year on stones untill i fell off don't see myself using anything else right now I do need to call you need to cash in some bridgestone bucks before they go dead
Kewl. Good job on the wins, and get the certs in. They are bouncing anything out of date. They sent back $250 to me a couple of weeks ago and I had to go back and explain.
I think I have a month left will call ya naturally money's tight right now but don't want to loose the discount either Marc
Never waste free money. It's bad bidness.
