Once upon a time, there was a guy who won. and impressed... and won some more... and more yet...
and then he disappeared...
I saw him this last weekend and he's coming back to BHF and Road A to play once again...
Things should be pretty interesting. I'm quite curious to see how he does as things have gotten MUCH faster since the days when a 13 (at BHF) would provide you a victory with margin...
Maybe he's kept his asphalt skills honed riding by supermoto at some second rate track Kaukauna, WI
who dat is?
Gary Nixon?
I'm guessing... uh.... Stumpy?
Did he run the no. 1 plate in 2002?
FIVE BIKE MIKE? :ahhh: 8)
Dr. Bob?
Honda guy?
My kids called him Lemon Head for the solid yellow lid he wore...
So far I don't see any correct guesses (but he might have been the 02 #1 guy, I'd have to check).
It aint one of them W3 guys is it?
Jeff, more clues please :ass:
hmmm... the one hint I have is a dread give-away.

Joey Dunlop?!
Uh.... shit.... It's right there.....
Chacaree... or however you spell it...
Chacherra is FiveBikeMike.
If it ain't Mike, it's Kevin Gordon.....the only other dreadlocked racer 8)
Mike's helmet was gray and yellow, I think Gordon's was solid yellow.
It's not Mike...
Jeff.. have you ever been mistaken for him?

ahem, well, there's actually *another* dreadlocked racer... but she has nothing to do with this topic ;)
Is he running with the CRA now?

LOL... no, but I was going to have a shirt made that said "No, I'm not Chris Weeden" to wear at awards banquets. I got more drunken congratulations than I could count!
CRA = Yes..

Different guy. I know who Jeff's talking about.
I think he might need a little more time to get up to speed.

Oh, then I have no idea.
I just heard Ebben was going to be at RA to "win some suzuki money"...
At least his confidence is intact.
That could be true too.
Try giving his initials...or how about rhymes with...
Tez?
Yellow bike with a green and red border Jamaica colors around the number plate? Suomy extreme flowers gold helmet? Yellow, red, black Troy Lee Vansons?
Gordon #1 .... I just got knocked back another position at the checkered :spank:
Don't be so sure baller... Remember, KG was winning those races by a handy margin on 13's at BHF. Now 13's MIGHT get you an amateur podium on a 600.
BTW Rosno, nice job walking away with that win at BIR. You had a HUGE lead in that race.

Jeff
I haven't been to BHF since early 03 ... has the track changed or is everyone just getting faster?
Anyway, I seen Rosno run a 1:09 in 1973 Honda Civic hatchback. No, I really did :ahhh:

I think they put new pavement down 3 years or so ago.

Both...
New pavement and better technology to the bikes & equipment.

I can go around the outside of him into T1 and never see him again. of course he still would have to find a way to get tires........ ::)

If Gordon and Simon are both there they may need to call in extra Cornerworkers. :kicknuts:
I don't there've been 2 guys who crash more and still don't get hurt. :ahhh:
Rumor has it Tez will be doing the team challange at RA......
