I decided to go with pie.

I'm going with cake, but it is in a pie crust, and that makes it confusing. Could you bring some down south so we can debate it over a peice or twelve?

it's a dollar a pc which will go to the red flag fund.

if you look at a cheesecake cook book it has cheese cakes that are made in pie tins and and are called pies which taste just like cheese cake

i think enetmens or what ever the cake company is called makes a cheese cake pie
so i would say its both cake or pie depending on who makes it

i still say it's a pie.
