Come home and find out your single?
No, but I did come home to a broken air conditioner last year...
not yet....
but did notice that she was pretty quiet last few days....apparently we aren't supposed to discuss the "falling down" part of motorcycle racing.... :err:
A chick with a level head, that knows about bikes, works on bikes, races bikes (and is damn good at it), and someone dumped you???
Are they on crack???
So ummmm... what would it take to get you to Wisconsin???

I don't fall down, I glide gracefully across the asphalt

Apparently you haven't seen that works on part
I must say it was one of the more graceful crashes I have ever seen...
If you would have pointed your toes and made a smaller splash the russian judge would have given you at LEAST a 9.5.
wait... level head, 4'10"... there's a joke in there somewhere ::)
One day he'll realize what he left Becka, I always hoped that he would see the light and support what you do... there are plenty of fella's out there that would appreciate and support your decisions, regardless of what butter you bring home.
You know how to reach me if ya wanna talk

Ummm, you weren't that gracefull at Daytona.... :ahhh:
Your not single, you've got your bike! :thumb:
Close but not with this one she is a keeper.
Did come home to a find that a low life had broken window out of my truck and searched the whole truck paperwork everywhere. Oh yeah and it had rained 5 out of the 7 days I was gone. :err: And it has been raining since I got back so truck has more mosquitoes living in it than the state of MN. :wah: not really but smells like a swamp
Definately his loss!
I hope the next one will support you in everything you do.

Soooo, where's your next race?!
That's a serious bummer, and most certainly his loss. Pretty sure there's a good long line of guys who would be happy to take his place.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, and maybe you'll come home after a race weekend and realize you're not single like I did.
(Although it took us a couple weeks to call it "official" on our first date, he kidnapped me and took me to Blackhawk)
I forsee Becka's PM box filling quickly lol!
For girls who actually participate in this sport, it's a target rich environment. You'll have more attention than you can handle. Just don't get hooked up with MJ, the creepy bi-sexual virgin....

That's funny. MJ thanks for helping my wife and I at HPT this past weekend with throwing the bikes on the stands and stuff. I appreciate it.
Becca, we need to introduce ourselves at the next race. My wife definately needs a racing buddy besides the usual "guys". She had a pretty rough weekend at HPT and could probably use a good pep talk from someone besides me.
I'm with Spoon on this, I see your PM box filling up quickly. There are not many laides that race for the love of it. I would suggest carrying a stick from now on. Just to beat the long line of guys down with.

hey, you're wife did pretty good from what i saw. i followed her for the ENTIRE first race i ran. i was still learning the track and in no hurry to move up and she was running a pace i was comfortable with. there was a couple of turns i thought she was going to go off but she turned her head back and pulled through it till the last lap. i'm far from the best or fastest, but i thought she did pretty damn good.
Thanks guys/girls. Didn't post looking for something special. I posted because I needed a smile and knew you'd all be good for it. So thanks for all the smiles!
I'm generally a bright side type of person. Sooooo, I just realized I have way more closet space and less laundry to do now! Always a positive to every situation.
I never understood why CS didn't support you racing (or even doing trackdays for that matter).
Of course, I heard he said I sold the RC51 because I couldn't handle it  so I don't put much stock in his "opinions" anyway.

So, was that better or worse than waking up to a backyard gone AWOL?
I can feel your pain - a girl i was dating thought that i had a sportbike was really cool. Even cooler when i started racing - until she felt that i was giving more attention to racing then her. So one weekend at blackhawk she sat in my truck all weekend - kinda odd. The following weekend i got home from wherever we raced - and she wanted to break up. turns out that during the two nights a week that i would go to the shop to work on the bike - she was seeing this other guy - and the day at blackhawk -
Well she had the balls to burn all my gas running the AC while she was talking to this other guy on my phone! All of this after 5 years together - he i wasn't racing or working i was spending time with her or spending money on her. Not worth my headache. I knew Meghan from seeing her at the track - but right about the same time all this happened she moved close to me and we hit it off right away. it's really nice to have someone understand you for who you are. It's the best thing that could'v happen to me
Ohh how sweet. Believe it or not being a female racer and trying to make a relationship work isn't as easy as most guys think. It wasn't untill I met Scotty that I really realized what a great realationship is. I had to deal with the "Oh this is my girlfriend and she races motorcycles." I was never just the girlfriend there always had to be a reason why I was. So women to women you need a man who also races and shares that one passion with you. But no Scott that is not the only reason I'm with you.
Rhiannon gets the same thing Meghan. She dates guys, who "understand" that she races, and just like Scotty with his Ex, they think it's cool to date a 'racer'. Yeah, until she's spending all of her time at the track with other 'guys'. then the jealousy kicks in. You guys are lucky you found each other.
K, too much mushy-ness going on here.
:wah: :whine: I'll just go
But you guys are right :thumb:
