To do a NESBA track day, do you have to be a NESBA member, or is membership optional and just gives you some of the perks mentioned on their site?
Membership is not optional. This is how they keep the prices so low for everyone...ooopps.
And I paid the $60 fee in 02 , took the introductory day (2 -20 ) minute rides on my 1982 GS 1100 G and was fully hooked line and sinker- thats when my credit cards were empty :whine:
Did my 1st NESBA day in 01, been going ever since :thumb:
Like I always say, some of my favorite people are Nesbians...:)

I started with NESBA as well, back in 03'. I can say that the people are great :kissy: and I enjoyed every second. Seemed like every event ran smooth as a baby's butt.
Crap I got side tracked praising NESBA and forgot to put down the reason i replied to this thread.
Pretty sure you can still ride with nesba without being a member you just have to pay some extra $$$$ for whatever day your at the track. Should be written somewhere on their website. If my memory is correct its like $35 more bucks per day. But my memory is probably not correct so yeah, better check on their website.
not the case in 05...
I am pretty sure you must pay the full $75 to ride
You have to be a member...
If you wade through all of the other tripe in this post, you'll find that you have to be a member.

Thanks for the info guys. Looks like its worth it.
TRIPE! :spank: The $60 i paid made me a member for a day(01) - it was 1 - enough to get me on track for 2 sessions, an 2- long enough to hook me :banghead:since then into spending "the wad"!
I'm officially a NESBA member now!! Registered for the Blackhawk Trackday on the 14th too.
