Can you help me by me helping you? I'm looking to learn as much as I can about bikes, setup, maintenance, etc. Anybody willing to let a guy help em' out at the track. I'm offering to be pit crew for someone...anything but making coffee. :spank: Really I just want to hang out and see what you do before, during, and after the races to setup your bike and learn as much as possible. Looking for a mentor who knows what they're doing!! I'd be available for midwest CCS events, most likely RA, Blackhawk, or Autobahn as those are the most local (Chicago Suburbs). Let me know!!
Pete, you're always welcome by our pit. We're happy to share advice etc. Feel free to pit near us or stop by with questions etc. We have a pretty busy schedule on most race weekends but we try to keep it light and be helpful as well.
Pete, do you have time to do a little traveling? PM me if you like.

I pretty much just check my tire pressure and that's only cause stryuck said it would be a good idea.

Hey, I
could use someone!
Sounded good till I got to the "Knows what he's doing" part...
i don't know much, but i'll take all the help i can get.
A good manservant will have the ability to aproach a complete stranger and in 20 seconds or less, convince them to let your rider borrow their new bike for a race now on 2nd call... :thumb:
Thanks for all the outpour guys...free labor must be hard to find!! J/K. But really thanks to anyone who offered to help, and I'll def. be contacting you guys to see when you'll be where and all that.

Ah.... So that's why Greg keeps you around...
Pete, your always welcome in my pit as well. Always need someone to carry the wheels back and forth to Tommy for new rubber.
PM sent
Kurdja are you doing anything with this? Let me know Id be down to tag along and help.
Pete. I crew for Lithium Motorsports when they run AMA rounds, and Rob also gives me support for my own program. Rob Oliva is a really good choice if you're looking to trade labor for the chance to have a mentor. Rob has opened many doors for me.
Actually no need to trade any labor with me. But feel free to absorb any info you can when you are available. Jason Temme there has been running his poor dad to death at the races. He has a great program and a lot of experience. You'll do well to check that PM he sent. Dave has a ton of experience also but he is not to be trusted. He'll try to offer you gum....you'll think he's just being nice...and then...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
+1 for Jason good guy. He is even in your neck of the woods
