Has anyone had any experience with Team pro motion? I am thinking of using them to get some track time this year. Just want to know if they are a good gig or a waste of time.
They are a good group of people. I did a few track days with them last year and I didnt notice anything that would cause me to say anything but good things.
My wife and I ride with them quite a bit. We both have the feeling of extended family when we are at their events. They know who we are and what we need to work on while we are there. We ride almost exclusively with them as their schedule has matched ours the best for the last couple of years. There will be some that post up and hate them just as I could about the groups that I prefer not to ride with. The best thing I could offer is to go try one of their events. Then go try some of the other orgs. so that you can decide for yourself. There are those that feel the same way about NESBA, STT, or anyone else for that matter. In my opinion though you really cannot go wrong with TPM or CornerSpeed, the others are just dates on the track. If they have something that fits my schedule at a track I want to ride then I will ride otherwise it's TPM or Cornerspeed.
Thanks for the input sounds like there a good group. I had a pretty good feeling about them when I talked to them at the Cycle World Show. Just want to make sure, that there not just good salesmen. Think I'll check them out Apr 2 at Summit Point. Thanks.
I did 6 track days with them last year (Pocono and Summit Point). No problems. Very organized. They are safety oriented. The riders are also very helpful.
I'm a coach with TPM so I'm a little biased. That said, I rode with a couple of other trackday orgs before riding with TPM, and after my first time with them, I never went back to the others. They offered me a coaching gig with them and I jumped at the chance. We (the coaches) honestly care about our members, and try our best to insure a good time is had by all.
since i used to coach for them does that make me biased too?
I'm going to start coaching for them this upcoming season. They have a very organized program, very professional, lots of people there to help. They have tons of dates in the MA region, they ride some great Canadian tracks that are closer to me then VIR, they have a parts club so when you fall down at the track, you have a good shot at getting your bike back together even if you are light in the spares department and they have event fee protection so you can pay an extra couple bucks and if you can't make it for any reason you get money back for your track day.

they don't like when you have a difference of opinion
its there way or no way...
too much nonsense..
but i don't want to get into it on here I have no need to bad mouth someones club
it doesn't get anyone any where
besides there is really nothing bad to say about the club itself
they have handful great coaches and go to a lot of tracks
it would be more fun to ride with them then coach for them
You going to Daytona?
yes I will be in Daytona I am doing the solo challenge and a few sprints and an ASRA race
are you going?
Yup, I'll be there. I'm doing practice with Hammer on Thursday then one race Fri, one Sat, and three Sun. All sprint races.

Don't suppose this is Gary Cain is it? If so... I wanna hear this story! Please don't tell me Ralph wanted to be on top again, because I still have nightmares over that story.
send me a pm
:lmao:
Darrell, hey Bro, good to hear from ya, hows them vertebrae doin? You sure opened a can of worms on this one. Brian 322 got his first racing with TPM, I think Gary even gave him a little training. He enjoyed riding with em a lot. Gimme another call soon, Art.
I guess its like that with any organization, someone always gets there feelings hurt, like the commercial says " I wanna ride!"
