Title: Arlen Ness Leathers
Post by: Hollywood on January 04, 2007, 10:01:25 PM
Has anybody ever used them, and if you did, did you like them? Protection, crash-ability, comfort, etc. Does anyone know where to get them here in the US? I've currently got Moto-GP Kangaroo's, and I'm thinkin' about a new set. Not to say I didn't like the Moto-GP, but I like the way the AN looks.

Thanks for your input!  :thumb:

Arlen Ness is made and distributed by the same companies. I'm not sure whether they are available in the States yet.

Another company was going to distribute them about four maybe five years back.  I have a set of their gloves that were branded for them (the other company), but the decision was made to focus on the products they had.

Haven't heard anything more.

I have had 3 suits from Arlennes. Great design and fitting (my taste) the only thing is that my last set of leather, see picture, was not that great in quality (kangaroo and cow). Had a couple of crashes this year and i Had to repair it right away. A few holes here and there, have not had that problem on my earlier suits.. DonĀ“t now where you can find it in us, I live in Sweden  ::)

Thanks guys(and gal)  :thumb:. BTW, what was "the other company" and why can't anybody say what it is? Still no-one else has had any experience with them? I was thinking I could even have a set shipped here from the UK, but didn't want to even entertain that unless responses were positive.

Thanks again.

MotoGP is distributed by Tucker Rocky, and AN is distributed by Parts Unlimited. However, they are built by the same company (Madif) in Hong Kong, and imported through the exact same channel. I even think the design team is the same.
