He doesnt. The numbers after donald change from time to time. More than likely a spoofed email. Did some research on the addy and it pops up in many forums posting the SAME EXACT message and pm's everyone. Mainly its a yahoo addy, but once in a while you;ll see a gmail addy. Both start donald*****@
