Go to www.ask.com (http://www.ask.com) and type in "check motorcycle vin number" ans you should find what your are looking for. Mark

Race bike out of state that just comes with a bill of sale. The price is really good so I'm suspect.

If you call any DMV and ask them to check if the vin has been salvaged or reported stolen, they will let you know... I've done this many times.
