Ya my sv doesn't do that either, must be the missing 25hp. I have a plan in the works to correct that situation. I will be at BHF. I don't think I can stay Am for next year, I will probibly get bumped to EX. I am considering doing a few other tracks next year, I'll have to see how the budget goes. Congrats on the win... or is it wins? I thought I heard that you pulled a sweeper. Celibration is a good thing!! Maybe I have started a new trend.
won all three of my races. So yeah it was a pretty good weekend. My motor is in the works too, but I will most likely stay Am. for my second year try to get a bit more track time and maybe shoot for some championships. So we wont get to play too much, unless i catch you :thumb:

Although Ed's was better...
Yes yes, I know it was the start of the race, not in the middle.
Where are you guys doing motor work? my SV just got off the Valley Dyno (68-70 hp) wyhich is great considering 34000 street miles with only rejetting. I'm probably going to leave well enough alone and spend money on track time and tires....
I know where someone can get a very well prepped Valley Racing SV- Brian Connely delivered it to me in Florida while i went to see the 200 miler ama race,in March. I have used it in four races since rebuild its Lightning on 2 wheels- see classifieds I am selling all -John in NJ

Motorcycle performance in madison. He is not cheap but his motors are fast. The bike in the picture is a super bike @ 92 hp. 70 is a great number for a stock bike wit the changes you mentioned. My bike made 72.5 on pump gas after a super sport make over. After two seasons it is down to 70.5

That, or they purposely chose to ignore it.
I know of a fresh Valley Racing SV motor with 85 hp, it put out 60 when it went in.
Now that's a wooo hooo!!
