Just since you don't seem to be getting an answer...I will give you my limited knowledge. We were told that there were credentialed photographers at the track, however, photography and spectating is very difficult on the Shenny due to limited access to the "good parts" of the track.
Sorry I don't have more info for you, but didn't want you to continue to feel "ignored" :)

Thanks for the info. I hope someone chimes in with the company's name.

Peter Wakefield = Great Photographer! Thanks for the quick response! I'll definitely stop by to see you at Summit Main next weekend!
Thanks for the great comments. I have covered about every race at summit this year and have archive pictures since 2001 at VIR, Pocono, Summit. I am a licensed photography business and passion to be at the track.
Anyone that wants a photograph of the weekend of fun and friendship, please email me and if I have a photo, I will sure to make arrangements to get it to you.

I sent pictures out to many people over the past few days and I am surprised at the rude or demanding replys. You people know who you are and ruined for all the others out there that wanted a picture for a price that can't be beat, FREE. I guess from now on if you want memories from the weekend races, bring a camera and get them yourself.
Peter, I'm sorry to hear this. Your work is outstanding and your willingness to give it away for nothing is amazing. I hope to still see you at Summit Main this weekend. I'll have that cold brew for ya!
I will still keep my friends and regulars supplied with all the pictures I can, but for a few out there, I just cannot believe that that you could be so rude or demanding on pictures. Some photographers are asking a good price for the pictures, I ask for nothing except your enjoyment of the photos. Thanks to my regulars, keep in touch...

the track is too small for cameras
WHAT?! How could anyone say a word for FREE/PROFESSIONAL photgraphy of them at the track?! Whoever feels the need to say anything demanding or derogatory about Peter and what he is willing to do for the community feel free to stop in my pit area and I will share a tid bit about RESPECT with you....
This is a very small community, don't create ripples... Many of us have worked hard/dedicated our lives to making this an enjoyable/competitive series, dont even think about ruining it!

Nate is correct! I can't for the life of me figure out why someone would complain when their being offered free pics of them at the track. Self absorbed individuals, I guess.
BTW: Nate, I enjoyed listening to you at the Chapel service at Shenandoah. You took a subject that I've heard many times in my life and put it on the context of racing. Well done. Stop by at Summit Main if you get a chance. Art Lohamn and I pit together.

The track too small for cameras isnt directed at you...was a joke about the track being so small
