Actually, the rules say unlimited displacement for singles, but it also states: Purpose built road race machinery such as Yamaha's TZ 250, Honda's
RS 250, etc. are excluded from Lightweight Formula 40.

So, when can I ride it?

Yeah, but there's also something in the rulebook about it being at the discretion of CCS (RE: Aprilla RS250, which was never a legal roadbike in this country). I'd call and ask, but if Kevin OKs it, GET THAT IN WRITING to avoid future confusion.
