Title: Miss Wisconsin
Post by: spyderchick on June 26, 2006, 01:20:31 PM
Ok...anyone who's known me for a bit knows I used to be a costume designer and also worked grooming our local pageant contestants for Miss/Mrs Wisconsin and the America/USA pageants.

Well this last weekend, my only remaining client from then won the Miss Wisconsin pageant.

Congrats to Meghan Coffey! I've been working with her for years, since she was about 11 years old, and she's grown into a wonderful, articulate, intelligent young lady.

I've linked some pix. I made the costume she's wearing in the talent photo.

Meghan in her gown. (http://www.misswisconsin.com/)
Scroll down and you'll see her in her swimsuit, she won that preliminary

That's the best pic, but if you go backwards on the index, you'll see some other pix as well.

See, I'm confused again.  What's with the pictures of beautiful women?  I was under the impression that Miss Wisconson 1999's final career move was to be made into a Vanson Suit....
Oh, I am in SUCH big trouble!

damn it!  Why didn't I get the sequen option for my leathers??!?  What gives!!  First I'm denied the cape.  And then the sequens...  That's it.  I quit..

 Thank you, ladies.

 The rest of you guys are nuts. First off, Jeff, I no longer offer the sequin option for leathers, they won't pass tech.

And Tommy? This girl is a bio-medical engineer! I do not think that fake breasts and pole dancing are an option for her, but she did dance for the Marquette dance squad at athletic events.

Exactly.

Actually, she can revive you as well after you've passed out from a heart attack. Her "platform" is AEDs. Basically getting defibrulators into as many public places as possible.

Wow, Awesome!

Also, from going to this link, I just realized that the "Miss Outstanding Teen" lives next door to my Mom! She's been doing all sorts of pageant type stuff for YEARS.
