I saw a photographer on the start/finish bridge during the TC on friday, was he w/CCS or an independent?

Star Cards out of Emporia Kansas.  www.star-cards.net   The HPT photos were not loaded up yet when I check earlier today though.   Their number 1-800-748-7089  I'm not connected to these people.
