Yep.. Jessie is riding Calvin Martinez's GSXR1000 in Superbike this weekend. He did well yesterday considering this is his second roadrace this year.

I was wondering who's bike he was riding. I agree that he did a great job considering the circumstances and only being lapped by the leaders on the second to last lap (the leaders were sure turning the lap times compared to the rest of the field).

I am pretty sure Mladin knew that Jessie and others were ahead of Craggill. Marty Craggill uses the Superbike practice & Qualifing for track time only and does not run the Superbike races.
Cragill DNS (did not start) both Superbike races.
BTW... Craggill is far from a Protege for Mladin... Marty is 36 (I think) and has competed on alot of levels including World Superbike. He is Mladin's friend and that is why he supports him.

I saw Jesse racing at the Sprinfield TT. He ran away in the last round of heats and won. The dude is a show off! I Love it!
He didn't do too well in the main event though.

During the interview after his Semi win I believe he mentioned his intent to hang it up after the Peoria TT this year. I don't know exactly what he ment by that but I was there in person and he did look very good on the CRF450. Check it out, it was an awesome race :biggrin:
