Title: Is Ignition Advancer legal in Superbike?

I am wondering if fixed ignition advancers are legal in the CCS Superbike class? (i.e. +5 Factory Advancer)

If the CCS rule book does not say you can't use them then you can.

Based upon a quick look at the rule book they should be legal.

That's what I thought.
