AS I understand CCS requires a pan under the motor to catch oil, etc in case the case crackes, even though the Buell is a dry sump. Anyone have a used one laying around for an XB they would like to unload?
I think Mark Bernard has a few laying around, but I think he keeps them stored somewhere near turn 5 at Topeka... ;D ;D ;D

Or an oil line leaks, oil filter leak, etc. Not just if the crankcase fails.

Edgar,
You forgot to mention that the model Mark buys has no possible way of attaching it to the bike except for duct tape and bubble gum. ;D

I doubt you'll find a used belly pan that's actually usable.
New ones are not that expensive though. Contact Buell racing manager Henry Duga (262-642-2986 and have him paged or email him at henry.duga@buell.com).
Do not accept any advice, lessons or assistance from Bernie on how to attach your bellypan to your bike. ;)
You loose 3 or 4 belly pans in one day and they never let you forget...... sheish! ::) ;)
Bernie has you guys all fooled. Its not poor craftsmanship, its intentional. Its the Inspector Gadget Buell......"uh oh somebody is about to pass me.....GO GO Gadget oil slick!"

I found one on E-bay ;D
if you cant find a buell bellypan, you should try a ducati 748 belly. i was able to make it work on my bike.
