Title: Insurance?
Post by: Racerlee122 on February 10, 2006, 10:13:06 AM
Just wondering if any one has had dealings with Weisenburg ins. They provide for BHF I believe. I am having some trouble with them and was wondering if any one on here has as well.

Well my last time at BHF I left in the ambulance. At somepoint in the ambulance or hospital I signed a form for Weisenburg. I don't even remember this. For the most part they are ignoring me and my bills. And now it appears to be to late to file a claim with  my carrier. Just your average shaft from an ins company really.

Maybe someone from the Wegman fund can help you with more information on that subject.

I'm  'foozd.  Why would the track's insurance be responsible before your own medical ins. provider?

You should have filed with your insurance right away.

The track and CCS only carry back up insurance that pays after your personal carrier and then it's only a small percentage. If they pay at all.

Not so much a shaft from an insurance company as it was a mistake on your part. Not trying to be sarcastic here but that's what it souinds like.
