Most teams will use two pit stops just for fuel, and do the entire race on one set a tires.  A few teams may change the rear once.  I dont know of any that will change both tires.

in october we changed tires twice, due to 2 red flags bit they needed to be changed. with a 600 you might be able to make it But I would change. Oh and our team came in 1st and 2nd overall.

I don't think I will be making Daytona this time.  I broke my ankle this weekend at Homestead.  I lost both wheeles in turn 11.  I don't know what happened, I have never lost both wheeles like that.  There were two black skid marks for about ten to fifteen feet.  I was using tire warmers, and it was about the fourth lap of the session, so the tires were warm.  I was trying a slightly higher line, because I kept clipping the inside rumble strips in the first session.  I was in fifth gear, and rolled slightly off the gas at about the second brake marker.  I have taken that corner a thousand times.  I don't know. ???
