Which company between Lockhart Phillips and Parts411, has the better program? I could call them and see what they had to say. Why not ask the racers that deal with them or did deal with them. I'm on a tight budget and need all the savings I can get.
What parts do you need?
Relationships are the important thing. Better deals are developed that way. Some companies promise good pricing but can only deliver backorders.

Just your basic parts extra sprockets, brake pads. stuff like that.

There you go. An even better opportunity.
If you just need basic stuff, you can't beat a local relationship with a small company (like Lithium).
THEY are the people who will work with you in time of crisis. Larger corporations may be bound by policy in exactly what they can do for you, and may not have the 'personal' touch that a smaller business will have.
Just my humble opinion

I did that. Bought from the same store for over 20 years. The store changed ownership. It was like starting over. I did not matter that I had easily spent more than $50,000 at the store over those years. Needless to say I no longer go to that store.
I now tend to go for the best deal I can get.
Although Jason D'Amica has opened a shop (Badger Motorsports ?) in Menomonee Falls, WI. I will probably be spending substantial amounts of money there.
