A few months ago I resurfaced a piece of track with my leathers and helmet. Seems to take a while to do that at 50 to 80 MPH and I would highly suggest not doing so. Grass maybe; track no. In the process I damaged or the ambulance crew, very nice folks ;D, damaged my sleeve zipper and jacket/pants zipper. Now that my bones have healed my thoughts return to the track. I emailed Teknics customer service to see were I could get new zippers. They had me send the length needed, then rushed out new FREE zippers. I'm impressed!! :)
Teknic has come a long way in the past couple of years. They are really hustling to put out a good product at a reasonable price. We've seen a huge change in quality.
I have gone through 3 get offs on my Teknic leathers and they are still holding on pretty nice!

my technics saved me in a 165 mph crash at daytona, broken bones and bad burns from friction were my only wounds (and concussssssssion)
sidi boots, technic gloves and an arai helmet
all did a terrific job

If you crashed at the exit that would have been pretty nasty. You can run out of room at just the wrong time if you arent careful. Hope you were OK ;D
