Title: Skull and Crossbones 4 December?
Post by: spyderchick on December 05, 2005, 06:04:07 AM
Yup, check that Sliderphoto calendar, Rhiannon's butt made the cut as the background for December!

Thanks Jack. We miss you, and we're going to miss the calendar in 2006!

There is a December in the Sliderphot Calendar? I am not sure why, but mine is still stuck in October!  ;D ;D

yeah, I miss you guys too! I figured that would be a good way to end the calendar, pun intended. :)

My contract is ending at the end of the year. The good news is that I've been offered a permanent gig, but at a sister company. So it means all the new-job blues. Supposedly it's a temporary change until we can fix some things that are broken, then I'll go back to the primary development team. Probably a year or so, but who knows. I'm sure it will be a tough year though...   But for the first time I'll have vacation, a month of it, and good insurance.

Life has been as hectic as ever. There never is enough time in a day. I'm finishing up a book on the new development tools for Microsoft. I've got two more scheduled after this one. Between work, Microsoft, SliderPhoto, there isn't much time left.

Still I've been thinking of contacting Kevin and seeing if I can help him develop some GOOD software for you guys. Wouldn't that be nice!

And updating SliderPhoto has always been something on the plate. I'd sure like to see that get done in the next few months.

Chris and I will be covering all of the NESBA midwest events this upcoming season. I doubt I'll get to any CCS races, but it looks like Mike has got you guys covered. Who knows, just celebrated my 38th. I always figured my wife would be tired of me by 40 and I'd start my racing career. So who knows, maybe I'll see you in two years! ;)

Thanks again everyone.

Happy b-day, bro.

Good to hear you're making some $$$, but we sure would like to see you out there with us, even if it were for one weekend.

Keep us posted!

No Sliderphoto calendar in 2006? Perfect, less competition for American Roadracer! :-) j/k
Did I miss where you're moving to Jack?

Happy B'day Jack.  I might have to do some NESBA days just so that I can see ya.  Let me know if you feel like coming down to ride some dirtbikes next summer.  We always have an extra bike.  Hell, I would even break out the Z-quad if you brought your quad down.

One more thing, I WILL have a Sliderphoto calendar on the wall next year.  I only look at the pictures anyway.  Who cares if the days don't line up?  ;)

thanks again guys.

Mark S, I'm not moving anywhere.

Mark B, thanks man!

K3, got the book. Thank you very much! I really appreciated the thanks on the back and inside. But you didn't sign it. :( Oh well, maybe I'll bring it to a CCS race or STT next season.

Bill, I sold the Raptor :(  Been thinking about getting a utility ATV in its place. The Raptor had a hard time on some of the trails out in Colorado this past summer. HUGE freek'n boulders, very rough trails climbing the mountains. But it was an awesome trip.  I'm liking the 230 even though it's a girls bike. :p Hoping to get it studded here and spend some time on the ice in the coming weeks.
