The 2005 Mid-West/Great Plains Awards Ceremony is set for January 7th at the Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan, WI. Doors will open at 6:00pm for Cocktail Hour, with the Buffet line opening at 7:00pm and Awards presentation to commence at 8:00pm.

A link to the RSVP form will be added as soon as we can confirm the cost for the Buffet.

CCS has a small block of rooms reserved with 2-Queen size beds, so make your reservations now before they sell out again. Call the Lake Lawn Resort at 800-338-5253 and identify yourself as part of the CCS block to get a discounted $89 per night rate (Reg. $129).

Congratulations and we hope to see you there!

You mean you are supposed to wait until the actual banquet to start the thingytails?  Oops, I blew that start last year!

Here's what I plan to do:

Send a note with our names, address and phone #, the event and the date, include the $40 per person.

I'll send it to the new address, and add at the bottom of the envelope that it's for the CCS Midwest Banquet.

Somehow I think we'll be on the list, even if we don't send an official form.
 ;) ;D

Thought of doing that myself but I'll wait a while longer to see if they fix the problem.

I called the main phone number and talked to some guy that said: "We are trying to finalize the arrangements with the lodge on pricing & we should have something posted on the website or forum later tonite or tomorrow(tuesday)...." Now I don't know who I talked to, but I do know that I still can't find a form to download... Just thought I would let everyone know...       Ohhh....   But I did get hotel reservations last Friday.
