any idea when new renewal forms will be out?

Used to arrive in November.

If you go to the new CCS website at http://www.ccsracing.us

There's a pdf form there for renewals, etc.  I don't have the specific location, but it will give you a look at the new set up.

and Jan 6 is deadline to retain you number. keep in mind they need your original signed application
