How'd my crash look? Did you see it?
I was too busy sliding & tumbling to see anything, but heard the bike did a spectacular crop-dusting of parts through the infield...
Always sucks that there's no photographer on the corners when I REALLY crash...
Jen's not reading this, right? But then again, you are okay now.
Let me say that if it were on tape, it could be a candidate for the ABC Wide World of Sports. You know, the agony of defeat part :o
I didn't quite notice what started the low side, but I did watch you imitate a rag doll (good thing really. It's best to just go limp and "roll" with the spill). I was concerned for a bit. I remember calling in bike and rider down and then rider up [whew!]
If I remember correctly (yours and anothe bike went down in about the same area in successive races) your bike got some air in addition to the plowing action.
ROFLMAO...
The friction of the pavement again set my left hand on FIRE. As I hit the grass, it was a beating to the ass like I've never taken before. I got up, but wanted to lay back down. I stayed up though and got out of the way.
The bike didn't look that bad from a distance, but then I saw the field of parts it left behind... ::) :-/
It was the agony of defeat, but I accept it as part of the game...
Jeff, glad you are OK. Sorry about the bike! Funny thing is as soon as I started reading about your crash on this forum I was thinking MUST READ STORY ON cbr600rr.com!!!! ;D
writing it right now Tommy...
While you are working??!! ::) Glad I`m not your boss!! ;D
Vacation day... ;D
Figured I needed another day off.
My rebound was way too slow for them bumps. Damn SV forks! :(
