Title: Faxed ROC entry problems, again

You might want to double check those entries for ROC.  I faxed mine in this morning to 866-880-9567, when I realized that I forgot my brand and CC boxes I called Linda.  She went to check on it and found the fax machine out of paper.  She said it should be stored and will print out upon refill.  When I called back she said that it did not show up. She gave me another Fax number to send it in.  Linda was very helpfull and called me back when it finally got through, so sorry Linda if this thread floods you with more calls.  I know that the same exact problem happened for the March race and a lot of people were very upset.

Can you let me in on the phone number or alternate fax, I keep getting a failed message...

Yeah, I just wasn't sure if it was out of place for me to give that one out, She had me send it to 817-857-3254.

friggin PISSED.. i faxed this the DAY i got the form to the number posted at the bottom of the fax form, and low and behold im not on the list of riders entered. WTF!!

I didn't think the Melk-Man ever got pisssed :o  Good thing they grid by points, you'll be on the front row anyway ;D

Im a cool-calm-collected individual by most accounts..I hope they make an exception of some sort givin the number was posted ON the form,  i faxed to the number that was posted in one of these threads at 12:15 am today, and it said they only took pre-entry up to 12:00am. Will see Sting56!

Well, I called the phone number Linda gave in another thread, tried both fax numbers at 4:30pm the one from the pre entry form failed.

WE'll see for me too. I'm confident though, they are pretty nice people.

Found my name on the entry list on the other thread. I feel good that my entry went through.

no such luck for me.. i saw that thread at about 12:15am this morning. I had faxed my entry the day it came in the mail to, of all places, the fax number listed "fax to..." at the bottom of the form.  I am so silly.. :(

crisis averted.. They were still taking entries this AM but better hurry.
