What is the criteria for labeling cheaters? >:(

Mulitple posts while testing? :o

Extra compression, porting/polishing and cams in a super-sport engine?

The cheater thing was just a joke.  There were multiple threads in test where people were not denying that they were attempting to pad their post count (some of those threads I have removed).  It really was just a joke.
