I saw this video and couldn't help but think about Jeff telling about imagining riding at Gingerman in his head. Hopefully, he doesn't take it to this extreme!

'cept I used to do all of that on a bike at the gym. Made sense to me...unfortunately, I couldn't get my knee down at the gym either... :( ;) ;D

Nah, mine is more in my head. Unless I'm playing playstation. then I lean and steer the controller, but I think everyone does.
