Gingerman rocks for their food.  The older gentleman that makes food apparently was General Westmoreland's chef in Vietnam.

Gateway had really expensive food.

Oh crap that's right!  Gingerman had that all you can eat BBQ buffet on Sunday, and an all you can eat Italian buffet on Sat.   :o  First time I heard of a track doing that, it was pretty cool.

You're crazy.

I make my own food, whenever possible. . Of course, I'm a food snob. I just finished making my own veggie burgers, made with actual vegetables, of course. We'll see how they are. I figure I can make southwest style, roasted red pepper and garlic style, cheddar, (which would take them out of the "veggie" technically), and endless other variations.

Want quick, good track food? Boil up some shrimp, take a bunch of assorted fruit, chips & salsa or  guacamole, throw in a fruit juice and some gatorade, and you have instant fuel all day long.
