Anyone have any idea when the contingencies are going to be announced?

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but I like the fact that VP is paying 50 for 1st 5th 10th and 15th. It kind of encourages slow people like me to actually put the sticker on and use the fuel since I will in no way be contesting top 5 anytime soon (I have one race weekend under my belt). The only bummer is that I finished 15th in my first race and already missed out on 50 bucks.
