I filled out a sponser form at the last race and everything was listed fine. But my question is, do I have to fill one for every race or will the information carry over for the rest of the season?
It should carry over. If you make changes to your current list, it seems to take a while for the changes to be updated but if they have it correct as of your last race you should be fine.
If the sponsor form you filled out is just for your license, class and for scoring, no. CCS keeps the same sponsors listed unless you make a change.
If the form you are talking about is for contingency, then you need to submit one at every race with the pertinent data, like name, address, social etc. Take the form and your bike to get teched, CCS officials will check for the appropriate stickers and for the contingency equiptment you are running on your bike and then your'e racing!
