Post by: EX#996 on May 13, 2005, 07:09:14 PM
I hate thieves.....

QuoteWe have concluded our investigation of your Buyer Complaint. The details of this claim are listed below.

We have decided in your favor, and as a result, have attempted to recover funds from the seller. The maximum amount we were able to recover was $200.43 USD.  This amount has been credited to your PayPal account. Please allow up to five business days for this adjustment to be reflected in your PayPal account.

If you are due any additional amount from the seller, we will make our best effort to recover the balance from the seller.

If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account privileges.

Well, I'm out about $50.00....  Its better than $250.00 I guess.   ::)

I'd be on the road by now if it was a work day.  How can anyone sleep through sunrise?

Over the years I've become more skeptical about feedbacks on Ebay.  Most people don't leave negative feedback since they'll get a negative one back, unfairly wrecking their own record.

If I see one negative I look for kookiness in the record of the one who left it.  I'll discount that.  If more than one negative I probably will move on.

If I recall this guy had a pretty clean record.  That stinks since you just can't defend against that.

Oh yeah, and I usually wake up at 4:00am and just lay there for an hour or so.  I like to get an early start worrying about work. ;)

He had a 100% rating (only two nuetrals at the time I won the auction), but it's gone down since then.....

P.S.  Stop worrying about work!  OK?   ;)

I try, but sometimes the internal biological alarm clock goes off anyway.  I tend to be a bit of an insomniac.  People have suggested drugs but, despite my musical preferences, I don't like chemicals.  :)

I'm in the middle of negotiating a refund from an AirTech purchase on e-bay-full set of trackglass for RC51. Windscreen smashed in transit via UPS. Guess what? RC 51 screens don't fit the bodywork. Reply was; " Make your own." I think I can try doing that, making one from plexi.,  but what is this bodywork from? It's probably from an '99-'01 Mille. Why can't folks be more like the honest people we were raised to be? Doesn't work that way does it. Oh well.

 How 'bout those Brewers?    ;D

Whaaa haaaaa haaaa haaaa!!!!!

I have a cure for your insomnia...  Just read the Dearborn Series 7 General Securities Representative License Exam Manual.  That will sure put you to sleep and you'll sleep like a baby.  I know it works, trust me.   ;)

I'm taking the test next Friday.  I better pass, I've already applied for a brokerage job.   :o   ;)

Good luck! Tell Paul to be nice to you.  He'll get the woman he married back after the exam stuff is all over.
