Title: The board is dead....

No reason to surf here!  All the "Real" racers are at the track, while I sit here broke and working on my book.  WERA is 50 miles away at Autobahn, CCS is 150 miles away at Blackhawk, and STT is 200 miles away at Grattan.  Here I sit.  Fortunately, I don't feel sorry for myself.  No, not one bit.... :'( :'( :'( :'(

I'm out pruning apple trees that haven't been pruned since 2001 (been racing too much in 2003 & 2004).  Note to self... NEVER ALLOW IT TO GO THAT LONG AGAIN!

Three trees done, six to go   ::)

Damn I'm sore.

Apples don't ripen until September.....  (heck, they're just starting to leaf out.)

I feel for you K3.  I am at home working on landscaping the yard...

Lucky for me, I have not been very productive.  I rode dirtbikes all day yesterday and there is 3 hours of racing on SPEED starting in about 45 minutes.  :)

Bill.....

It kinda sounds like our house.  Pruning trees (we have to cut the lawn today), landscaping.....  Rode the dirtbikes this morning, making lunch now, then racing...  Well see if the lawn actually gets done today.

...must be a perfect day for racing everywhere in the country. I know BHF is having perfect weather so far.

  Yesterday we got a pound puppy. So, that brings up the question for me of which tracks discourage bringing furry friends? Anyone know?

PS - I have taken my dog to Blackhawk, Road America, and Gingerman and never had any trouble.  (not sure whether they are actually allowed or not)

I'm glad to see that I am not the only one that has thier priorities straight.  :)  Well... sort of.  We probab ly should have gone to BFR.  :-/
